At Liberty Collegiate Academy, we believe that students’ success is directly linked to the quality of their teachers. We also believe that teachers are the most important people in a school, and should be treated as professionals.

Teachers at Liberty Collegiate Academy are expected to design and deliver high-quality, standards-aligned lessons each day. Teachers have nearly 2 hours of planning time each day and 2 hours of structured team development each week. We believe teachers grow when they are constantly challenged and supported, just like our students. Teachers at Liberty Collegiate Academy will work with the Principal and Content Team Leaders to develop individual growth goals based on frequent observations, data analysis, and ongoing conversations.
